December visits

A special thanks to the representatives of the 5 co-sponsors of the December visits to our wounded troops at 2 military bases: Greg Lovisolo, Marvin Taylor, Juliet Taylor*, Al Meadows* (OGCP founder and chairman), Buzz Ayles (OGCP co-chairman), and CT DAV State Commander Terry Pacitto. They represented: CT AMVETS (American Veterans), Teamsters Local 1150, Hooks for Heroes CT, CT DAV Chapter 13, and CT Department of Connecticut.

They delivered $5,500.00 in Post Exchange gift cards and $12,164.00 in personal care items and Girl Scout cookies to the wounded troops and their families during the program's 244th visit to Walter Reed and 55th visit to Ft. Belvoir. The all-volunteer OGCP has delivered a grand total of $ 3,023,630.00 since October 2005.
